Levels:

Introductory - No prior yoga instruction
Intermediate - one or more years of yoga instruction

Advnaced - three or more years training in the Iyengar system.

Therapeutic - chronic health problems, Back care as well as Restorative (bolster yoga),

and HIPS -hip replacement and pain

Private Consulting: One-on-one sessions are available by appointment at the rate of $50 per hour, per person.
